TOTWL is happy to announce that we are back in service. This means that accounts can now be created and all clans/characters have restarted. We are in need of new staff members who will not need to help with the new restart but own characters and advertise. I think a place for all approved characters might help the site. It can be a bit crowd with all those apps in Cat creation.
