Rowankit had been sitting at the edge of the nursery. He was growing and would be an apprentice soon, but he just felt.. off. He was at the stage where he wanted to play with other kits, but also wanted to act mature? He didn't know. He flicked his tail as he scanned the camp. Soon he spotted his adopted father sending out patrols. He wanted to be like that someday. Rowankit had felt like a bit of an outcast lately. Loner blood ran through his veins and thats what set him apart from his clan-born counterparts he supposed. Perhaps someday he would be more powerful than them all. Yeah, that sounded good. He kneaded the ground with his unsheathed claws. It felt good to have them out, it felt right.
Ravenheart caught glances of his son sitting near the nursery. He felt so bad for not being able to tell his son the truth, but how could he. It was conflicting, but conflict was best kept inside. At least for Ravenheart it was. He doled out patrols in his usual monotone voice. Face blank, body blank. The only thing that could determine anything about his mood were his ears that flicked between the warriors and trying to listen to his kit. Once he was done, he turned and padded to his son. "Do you want to play?" He asked, slightly less monotone.
"Sure! Can you be an evil Thunderclan warrior?"
"Alright. Rawr!"
The two play fought, of course Ravenheart would win though. He was MUCH bigger and MUCH stronger than his child. He hoped that his kit would be like that someday. Perhaps someone else would like to join in the play fighting, it was a bit much to handle his kit and make sure the kit didn't actually hurt him. Kits had trouble controlling their claws occasionally.

| F roskit walked out of the medicine's den free from coughing or least for now. She still the sweet smell fo herds her pelt and she could be happier. It was some much better the nursery and all those annoying kits who bullied and teased. however, she needed to get out and stretch her limbs. She looked noticing Ravenheart and Romankit. He was an outsider but adopted by the deputy how likely. Seeing them remember her of when she played with her father before that event. Frostkit shooked her maybe Romankit could be different from the other kits. It never hard to try at least but would prepare for the done. She walked over to them cautiously, "Greeting Ravenheart and.....Romankit." I hope you don't need this a little frosty. |

Ravenheart stopped the playing between him and his son, switching his gaze to the ill kit. "Greetings Frostkit, how is your cough?" He'd been hoping that the kit would get better, the next generation must be strong for Shadowclan to succeed in the future. He quietly glanced at his kit, hoping he wasn't doing anything stupid.
Rowankit grunted, annoyed he had been stopped by his father. He sat, lashing his fluffy orange tail in the dirt of camp. He then noticed Frostkit coming up to them. He hadn't ever really talked to her, she had been sick for a little. Though he was slightly fascinated by her eyes, they were different colors! One amber, like his. And another ice blue one. That was cool. "Hi there!" He meowed out quickly. He only ever really played with his adopted father, so perhaps this would be a new friend. At least he hoped so, not a lot of the kits liked him because he was a rogue kit. No clan blood. He'd show them, he'd show them all! But for now he didn't mind trying for a new friend.

| F rostkit shifted from a cold stare to unreadable expression as looked up at large black tom that stood before her and his kit. Romankit was outside kit that was taken in by Ravenheart and who the only mousebrain would insult. He may not know it but he was lucky little furball. That was Frostkit thought and wouldn't unthink.
Her tail fell flat as a dead leaf as finally spoke."Much better but can't return to the nursery yet." It's not that wanted to away, she liked Valewhiper much more than any queen or kits in the nursery. It was better than being bullied. She looked over Romankit how seemed to look at strangely. "Why are you staring?" she said bluntly, "It is because of my eyes?" |

OOC: pst btw it's Rowankit with a W not an M just so you know  Ravenheart nodded to the kit, pleased that Frostkit was feeling better. Just as cold and unfeeling as he sounded as well, interesting. He padded off, leaving his son to talk to the other kit. He needed to make friends anyway. Rowankit nodded. "Yeah! They're really cool looking." Rowankit was so used to his father being cold and blunt that this didn't affect him anymore. Her tone was simply.. well, a tone. "Do you want to be friends? I don't really have any but I was hoping you could!" His amber eyes shined with excitement. He knew that Frostkit was sick and that her parents weren't around. But his true parents weren't around either, so they had that in common. "I think your eyes are fascinating! One amber one like mine, but then one blue one just like other white cats! Your special! Isn't that neat?"

| F rostkit didn't want to say to Rowankit at first. She just stared at him making the situation kinda awkwardly. No more asked to be her friends anymore since anyone now mostly viewed as a weak kit. There was just a few who didn't treat her as such. Cats that she can put truly place her truth into.
"I guess so." She mewed respectfully to the tomkit,"My mom always said I had something special but I never knew what it was. And I mostly picked on because of my eyes so hardly got good comments like this to come around."
Rowankit wanted to be her friend, to be with a cat like her. She didn't truth him yet didn't that mean me she wouldn't try. When she noticed how similar really were-they were outcasts in a way. She paused to look dead in the eye for any fear or weakness- a silent taunt."I had friends before but they left after my parents died." She said slowly, "I have a just few cats I really trust. However, I am willing to make new friend ones but expect anything big from me. " |

"Okay! Thats settled then, we're friends! So question, are you feeling up to playing? Or we can just sit here and talk if you want." Rowankit knew that the kit had been ill and was weaker than most kits their age. He didn't want her to overexert herself. Besides, he finally had a friend. If that meant just talking about what piece of prey might be harder to catch or how Thunderclan's scent stinks, so be it. Maybe he could ask his father about how Shadowclan and Thunderclan had fought! It wasn't all that exciting, but he did know one detail. Moonstar had tried to make an apprentice fall asleep with poppy seeds so they could take him and barter his release. It wasn't very nice, but it was genius!

| T o Frostkit it still felt weird to jump the gun like this and become friends. Left a weird bland taste in her mouth but she will bear with for his sake. To play - did he mean like a normal kit. She hadn't that in a while in truth she forgot how to play. There was the other option of talking but that would boring after a while. "Playing doesn't sound too bad." She mewled slightly turn her glance away from him. "Show me what you, Romankit." |
