Moonstar waited at fourtrees for Pebblestar to arrive. She had brought her two most trusted warriors with her, Sandrush and Ravenheart. Pebblestar would be here shortly after the message Moonstar had given her at the gathering. Moonstar was picking apart a lizard she had brought with her. (she knew Pebblestar was always late.) She heard a rustling from around the clearing and turned to Ravenheart. "Can you go investigate that? If it's Pebblestar then welcome her, and if it's an intruder you know what to do." Moonstar turned back to her lizard and took the last bite.

Pebbletstar hid her bad mood well. For a second night in a row, she was wasting time she could be spending get some very needed rest at a meeting with another leader. She hardly got enough sleep as it was, without these constant interruptions. Moonstar was going to have to do a superb job to convince her of anything at the moment. Despite the grouchy and pessimistic thoughts flying through her head, the leader padding into Fourtrees with a diplomatic smile on her face, both happy and serious. As much as she felt like scowling, she knew this was the better approach. Nobody liked an angry leader, and moons of practice had made sure her warriors never saw her like that. Looking to the ShadowClan leader, she saw that the she-cat had two warriors with her. Wondering if she should have brought more than just one, she sat down, looking directly at the other cat. "You asked to see me? I'm assuming this is about your quarrel with ThunderClan," Pebblstar began, green eyes conveying mixed messages. They were both friendly and the kind that bored holes into other cat's foreheads. Perhaps the most dangerous type of anger was that which was disguised as happiness. Still, she rather liked Moonstar, and was ready to give her a chance. If this was that arrogant tom Badgerstar, she would not be so nice.

Ottersplash Thin alongside Pebblestar, his eyes showing nothing but pure pride. Although, the sight of Moonstar did make him a bit nervous. He would obviously be showing some of his weak side at this time, and he wasn't good at hiding his emotions too well.
As the tom met with Moonstar, Ravenheart, and Sandrush, he began to show signs of weakness. His proud RiverClan smile was gone, almost being wiped away with the sight of his mate entering. He was red, a nervous wreck as his eyes pointed to the ground. He knew he had been told not to talk, but he couldn't quite get a hold of himself at the moments, having his mouth move without his approval. "That's what we're here to talk about, M-M-M-Moonstar." Ottersplash mewed, his voice quiet and shaking, with a feeble face appearing to his mate. He hadn't yet known that the leader would be here, only having minimal details as to what this meeting was. His only rules to stick to were to guard Pebblestar and not show any weak signs, already he had broken one of his trusted leaders rules.

Ravenheart nodded to Pebblestar as she walked through to Moonstar. He said nothing, but he basically looked like a bodyguard. He flicked his tail at the way Ottersplash was behaving. He seemed to be surprisingly scared. But why? His brain processed all these things internally, while his senses were on alert. Some days he felt more like a bodyguard than a deputy at this point where Thunderclan could attack from anywhere. Thunderclan would have a hard time fighting in Shadowclan territory, logically if they wanted to invade they would lose. He wondered why they even needed Riverclan on their side.
